Perpetua Fitness announces new Wilton Park location, opening summer 2026

IPUT Real Estate is pleased to announce that Perpetua Fitness, one of Ireland’s leading fitness and wellbeing operators, will open at Wilton Park – the city’s newest mixed-use neighbourhood located between Leeson Street and Baggot Street. Perpetua at Wilton Park will be its third location in Dublin and is set to open later this Summer.

The opening marks a significant milestone in Perpetua’s continued expansion, bringing its signature, community-driven fitness experience to one of Dublin’s most exciting new urban destinations.

Set within the landmark Wilton Park development and accessed via Lad Lane, the new Perpetua will further enhance the area’s vision as a vibrant mixed-use destination combining work, culture, lifestyle and wellbeing in the centre of Dublin 2. The choice of location reflects Perpetua’s commitment to creating premium fitness spaces that integrate seamlessly into communities where people live and work.

Founded by brothers David and Michael Price, Perpetua Fitness has grown from Ireland’s first CrossFit affiliate into an award-winning, 100% Irish-owned fitness business with a loyal and growing membership base.
