One Wilton Park opens up to its neighbourhood through thoughtful and appealing public spaces. A dedicated pedestrian walkway links the building to an upgraded Lad Lane while granite paving encourages workers and visitors into the plaza and through to the natural beauty of the canal. Everyone can enjoy the two extensive landscaped gardens on One Wilton Park’s lower ground floor with new trees providing further greenery around the building.

One Wilton Park incorporates the latest innovation in design and construction to ensure the building’s green credentials are best-in-class. Its main façade features more than 900 laminated fins that give the building sophisticated control of heating and cooling, while 67 photovoltaic panels support on-site creation of renewable energy. The building meets all recognised industry standards for sustainability and is rated LEED Platinum, WiredScore Platinum and pre-certified WELL Gold.

Architecture
Designed by Henry J Lyons, the quality of design and attention to detail is reflected in the elegance of the facades. The rich mixture of stone, bronze finishes and large formatted glass panels combine to create a unique space that will inspire. Floor-to-ceiling windows offer views of the park and canal and flood the interior with natural light.
