Setting a new standard

An exceptional new neighbourhood in Dublin’s traditional central business district

Wilton Park is a 600,000 sq ft landmark development that will be the European headquarters for LinkedIn. The development is a unique opportunity to set the standard in contemporary sustainable offices but our focus is on building a place for all. Over 25,000 sq ft of retail restaurants and other community amenities, as well as a restored park and new public square, mean that Wilton Park’s landscaped streets will bring the best of neighbourhood life to the city.

A long-term vision

Our landmark development will see 5,000 people working and living in the neighbourhood when it is fully complete in 2024. The Wilton Park site has been thoughtfully assembled over a 40-year period with the vision to transform this part of the city. As well as offices, the neighbourhood’s amenity-rich streetscapes will offer places to eat, drink and shop, and spaces to relax and dwell including a new public square and the restored one-acre park.

Asset 2

By focusing on quality of design, connectivity and an engaging mix of amenities, Wilton Park is ready to open up to the community to form a new recreational, retail and office neighbourhood in the heart of Dublin’s business and cultural life.

Paul O'Brien Henry J Lyons Architects

Designed to welcome

Architects Henry J Lyons have envisioned Wilton Park as a neighbourhood that welcomes in the community. Better links between Lad Lane and Wilton Park, as well as walking and cycling routes across the neighbourhood, will connect people to animated streets with restaurants and retail, or to dwell in public parks and squares. The elegant facades of the offices will be a rich mix of stone and bronze finishes with floor-to-ceiling windows to create a unique space that will inspire.

Benchmark in sustainability

Wilton Park will set the benchmark for sustainable development in Ireland. Our buildings meet the highest sustainability, efficiency and digital connectivity standards including LEED Platinum, WiredScore Platinum, WELL Gold and a BER A3 Energy rating. During construction, 95% of demolition waste will be recycled and our offices will use 60% less energy than the average building. Two to Four Wilton Park will operate free of fossil fuels, running solely on renewable energy.

Investing in public space

We’re investing more than €6 million to upgrade and increase the public space at Wilton Park, including Mary Lavin Place, a new public square, which will form the neighbourhood’s social and cultural hub. We’re restoring the one-acre park and will be adding to the greenery by planting 48 new trees and 13,000 shrubs. Spending time outdoors will be encouraged with the offices featuring more than 30,000 sq ft of terraces, and there will be plenty of al fresco drinking and eating venues across the neighbourhood.
